Welcome to Corenk. This User Agreement establishes the terms and conditions between Corenk users ("you", "user") and 40585.org ("we", "us", "our"), the publisher of the Corenk application. By downloading, installing, or using the Corenk application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Corenk is a habit tracking application that provides:

• Daily, weekly, and yearly habit tracking and streak management.
• Photo and note attachments to celebrate completed habits.
• Insights and visualizations of your habit progress.
• Customizable reminders and a clean, distraction-free interface.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Corenk, you agree to:

• Use Corenk only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not use Corenk for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the application.
• Not upload content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Corenk may offer free and premium tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription processed through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled according to Apple App Store policies. Please contact the App Store for refund inquiries.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property

Corenk, including its design, features, code, and content, is the intellectual property of 40585.org. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Corenk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corenk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of Corenk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Türkiye.
